An Introduction to Microsoft Popfly
Microsoft Popfly is a free tool designed for non-developers to build and share mashups, gadgets, Web pages, and applications.
Learn more about Microsoft Popfly and how to use it at a one-evening class put on by the Software Development Forum (SDForum), a Silicon Valley nonprofit that provides a venue for those involved in the technology sector to exchange information on emerging technologies and best practices.
In this session, you will learn how you can easily build interactive mashups using popular online services from Flickr to Facebook, all without writing code. You'll learn about the basics of Silverlight, how to build custom blocks, and build AJAX-enabled applications using Popfly.
Details:
Tuesday, September 25, 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., Palo Alto $15 Non SDForum members; no charge for members.
