NTEN Office Hours
Our indispensable friends at NTEN have been offering an office hours service. Experts in various technological fields spend an hour in NTEN's chat room fielding questions from nonprofits. You don't even need to be an NTEN member; just show up!
This is an excellent service to the nonprofit community. Webinars (like tomorrow's excellent webinar on donor management software) are a great educational opportunity, but sometimes you just want to run in get some quick one-on-one assistance. That's where office hours are great.
Today's sessions are IT Staff (happening right now) and Communications at 3 p.m. Eastern time. Tomorrow's sessions are Development at 1 p.m. and Communications at 2 p.m. For more, check out the calendar. It's easy to keep up to date with office hours: you can subscribe using Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook, and similar programs.
