Security Tips for Windows XP
Although Vista is Microsoft's latest operating system and comes standard with most new PC's, Windows XP is still the most widely used operating system in the world.
TechRepublic recently published a list of 10 basic security tips that administrators should employ to harden their computers.
Ideally these would be facilitated via a server-client system or disk cloning, but if you need to manage workstations individually these are some of the bare minimum steps you should take to make sure there are as few security vulnerabilities as possible.
