Spam is unavoidable, but there are ways to minimize and ways to manage. These are some of the things discussed in last Tuesday's TechSoup Talks webinar.

I interviewed Eytan Urbas, from Mailshell and Scott Ebert, the IT Manager the Ross Ragland Theater. We learned how spam is detected and how Mailshell can be customized to not drain your system while still filtering out the junk.
