# Augmentation des prix de licences Microsoft Cloud le 1er juillet 2026

À compter du 1er juillet 2026, Microsoft a annoncé une augmentation des tarifs de certaines licences Microsoft 365 et Office 365 disponibles aux organismes sans but lucratif. Cette mesure s'appliquera aux nouveaux clients ainsi qu'aux clients existants.

## Modifications des prix de Microsoft 365 et Office 365

Nous attendons que les abonnements Microsoft 365 et Office 365 ci-bas seraient affectés par cette mise à jour des tarifs. Ce tableau présente les **pourcentages d'augmentation estimés**. Microsoft publiera ses tarifs finaux le 1er juillet.

| Microsoft 365 F3 | 25 % |
| Office 365 E3 | 13 % |
| Office 365 E5 | 8 % |

## Pourquoi ces changements ?

Selon Microsoft, cette augmentation de prix vise à refléter la valeur ajoutée de sa plateforme infonuagique. Cela [coïncide avec le déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2025/12/04/advancing-microsoft-365-new-capabilities-and-pricing-update/) de sécurité, de stockage et d'IA pour améliorer la protection, simplifier la gestion informatique et optimiser la productivité.

À compter du 1er juillet 2026, les tarifs commerciaux augmenteront et les tarifs pour les organismes sans but lucratif seront ajustés en conséquence, tout en maintenant une réduction fixe de 60 à 75 pour cent relatif au prix de détail.

## Quel sera l’impact sur votre organisme ?

Bref, si vous utilisez l'un des produits impactés ou envisagez de l'utiliser, son coût augmentera. Nous voulons nous assurer que vous puissiez planifier votre budget en conséquence. Pour les utilisateurs disposant déjà des licences concernées, les modifications de tarif seront appliquées lors de la date de renouvellement de l’abonnement, soit à partir du 1er juillet 2026.

Par exemple, si vous avez demandé un abonnement annuel le 15 juin 2026, le prix ne sera impacté qu’au 16 juin 2027, lors du renouvellement de votre abonnement. Par contre, s'il s'agit d'un abonnement mensuel, le prix augmentera le 16 juillet 2026.

Quelques conseils :

- Vérifiez vos licences actuelles afin de déterminer si et quand vous serez affecté par ce changement.
- Si vous détenez des licences Office 365 E3 et que vous avez moins de 300 utilisateurs, envisagez de passer à Microsoft 365 Business Premium. Ce forfait est offert à un prix inférieur à celui des licences Office 365 E3, tout en offrant les mêmes fonctionnalités de sécurité niveau entreprise.
- Si vous prévoyez de demander des licences pour les produits touchés pour la première fois, faites-le avant le 1er juillet et optez pour un abonnement annuel. Vous bénéficierez ainsi du tarif actuel pour votre première période d'abonnement.
