The team also strives to provide the children from social institutions with free access to educational programs and specialized courses, giving them an equal start in life.
Through discussions, trainings, and lobbying the respective state institutions, Face to Face manages to achieve higher efficiency in realizing its goals and better coordination between the state and the civil society.
The Microsoft software donation helped the staff become more efficient, especially in terms of preparing presentations and other visual-aid materials. Before the organization received the products, it used open-source software but often had problems with visual presentations because they tended to not be compatible with equipment running Microsoft software.
