Introducing TechSoup Plus: A New Chapter in Our Mission to Support Yours

For nearly four decades, TechSoup has worked to ensure that every nonprofit has the technology and expertise they need to deliver on their mission. As technology has evolved, so have we, from an online catalog to a global technology resource.

Today we are excited to announce another step on that path as we streamline and simplify our membership into two tiers:

  • TechSoup Core: Designed for organizations that know exactly what they need and just want direct access to the technology that helps them — whether that is securing discounted products, reading an expert blog post, or attending a webinar. This is the current, no-cost membership level held by the majority of our community, whose experience will not change.
  • TechSoup Plus: Designed for organizations that want more support in selecting, adopting, and optimizing their technology. This paid membership tier provides a "human layer" of strategic support — offering the expert guidance, peer community, and chief technology officer (CTO) level of insights needed to turn technology tools into meaningful solutions tailored to the needs of their missions.

The Problem: Nonprofits Need Tech Leadership

Most small-to-medium nonprofits can't afford a full-time CTO, and in fact, many operate with no formal tech leadership or strategy at all. Yet, in a world of increasing technology complexity, the need for strategic tech advice and planning is greater than ever.

How Does My Nonprofit Get a TechSoup Plus Membership?

If your nonprofit is already a TechSoup qualified member, you can upgrade to a TechSoup Plus membership by visiting our membership page.

If your nonprofit has not already been qualified by TechSoup, you will first need to add your organization and complete our validation process.

TechSoup Plus memberships are for nonprofits and eligible libraries only and their authorized staff. TechSoup Plus is not for individuals unless they are part of a nonprofit or library.
