What Is the Offer Center?
If you're familiar with TechSoup, you already know that we've got a catalog packed with hundreds of discounted and donated products and services, just for nonprofits and public libraries.
That's a lot! But we've run up against a practical limitation — we simply aren't able to partner with every tech vendor out there, so we don't have everything that organizations are looking for. That also makes it more difficult for nonprofits to easily find all of the discounts and donations that they might be eligible for.
The Offer Center is our effort to bridge that gap. It is an extensive, searchable database of technology offers for nonprofits. Some of them are available directly through TechSoup, and you can access them directly with your organization's TechSoup account. But other offers listed on the Offer Center are available directly through the vendors themselves, or through other providers. It's your one-stop shop to find practically everything you need.
Offers listed in the Offer Center are curated by TechSoup experts. They're all from reputable sources — no questionable offers from iffy companies — and we regularly review the offers listed to ensure that they're up to date. And we're continuously adding more offers as we find them, so there's always something new to discover.
How Does the Offer Center Work?
Offers are sorted across a number of categories — including AI, communications, fundraising, infrastructure, operations, programs, and security — so you can easily narrow your search down to the kinds of tools you are most interested in.
An eligibility filter lets you limit your search to only those offers that your organization is eligible for, based on your operating budget, organization type (either 501(c)(3) nonprofit or public library), location, and mission area. You can also search for offers by name or keyword if you know what you're looking for.
The Offer Center links directly to the offers that it features, so you don't have to go digging for the details.

The Civil Society Offer Center is free to access, and anyone can use it. You do not need a TechSoup account to view the Offer Center, but you do need one to request any offers that are available through our marketplace. (Not yet a member? Join today.)
